The team member experience was 5 stars although I had to wait a long time to meet with someone initially which lowered the overall rating.

I forgot about the purchase
I forgot about the name, couldn’t find where I purchased this subscription. Therefore I didn’t get to try it out, and suddenly another months full subscription pay was taken from my account.
