i purchased a single lesson on may 2025. downloaded the pdf. and after 6 months, i realized that they had been charging me every month by my credit card for nothing. no single e mail. just taking the money from card. and of course no paying back now. please be careful.

Small print does not advertise the £40…
Small print does not advertise the £40 per month subscription fee after buying the initial introductory pack. Asked for a refund as was not aware. Not getting it and very disappointed despite not having used any materials during the 2 months. No email regarding the subscription either. So disappointed

Very poor customer service.
The video was helpful. I learned and applied the lessons to my dog successfully. But then I tried to cancel my account. Again and again. Told it was cancelled. Discovered continued charges. They continued to ask why and trying to get me to stay. So very frustrating and very poor customer service. After three months, it is finally cancelled and I will get one month only refunded. Be careful in signing up for this.

A total con job for sure .
A total con job for sure . I signed up for £19.99 for a trial period . Would never ever sign up to £39.99 a month but they started charging the next month. I contacted my bank to cancel it and thought it was solved but a mid communication meant they took a second payment . Never registered to get any support/expert help and they’ve refused any refund . Beware a total Hong Kong con outfit

Achtung Abofalle!!
Ich hatte einen Testmonat gebucht und die App aufgrund der Unübersichtlichkeit und der schlechten Synchronisation nur wenig genutzt. Sehr überrascht war ich, als dann im nächsten Monat einfach 49,99 € von meinem Paypal Konto abgebucht wurden. Weil ich dem zugestimmt hätte. Möglicherweise ist im Bestellprozess des Probemonats irgendwo versteckt ein Häkchen, dass ein Abo folgt, wenn man nicht widerspricht. Für mich war es nicht ersichtlich und wenn ich die Bewertungen hier sehe, vielen anderen auch nicht. Die Kommunikation darüber, dass mir der Betrag zurückerstattet wird ist langwierig und bisher erfolglos. Lieber die Finger davon lassen!
