I bought a one-off use of their videos for € 47.99. The videos stopped all the time a short way in and after a few weeks getting no response I gave up. I never received any receipt - nothing. Then 6 months later they charged my PayPal account € 119.99 to extend the service - I never agreed to that and have been in communication with them for months. All they do is cite Paypal say the payment is okay!!!!!! They never ever provide either a refund for their non working service nor any solution at all. As a result I will have to close my PayPal account to stop them taking more money from me. This company is a total nightmare - for a small service that didn't work they seem to think I have agreed to a never ending series of payments for nothing. Absolutely a scam. They are not even worth one star. Since writing the above review PawChamp refunded the €119.99 within very little time after the review above went live (after avoiding doing anything for weeks before the review went live). On 28th Nov they agreed to refund the €47.99 within 5 - 7 days - then ensued a lot of emails attempting to avoid doing what they had promised. At this point 20 days on no refund has been received despite several attempts to put the blame on PayPal for the non-refunding of this amount and then an attempt to demand I remove this review before they make the refund, before finally agreeing again to what they agreed on 28th November. But no refund has happened. Very difficult to deal with this company.
