My request was handled quickly and…
My request was handled quickly and effectively even though I didn't immediately have all of the information needed to do so. The support staff kept in contact with me, requesting what they needed to fulfill my request until it was completed.

My request for cancellation was handled quickly and respectively. My home environment changed abruptly and made it impossible to work with my dog at this time. Thank you very much for your curtesy.
