The communication about my dogs…
The communication about my dogs challenges as well as my own helped guide me in looking at other techniques while Tytus and I learn together. Very knowledgeable and not pushy with his advise. Very professional and friendly. Asked that I let him know how we progress and it did make me feel as if he really cared in helping Tytus and me..

Great Advice
John asked great questions to gather information and then gave me some excellent advice on handling 2 troublesome situations. The advice given was easy to understand. I will be using all of John’s advice. You can tell John is passionate about his job and wants every dog and their owner to be a success story.

Julie walked me through a tough time…

Hazel was very helpful and reassured me…
