Bait and switch - A lot of your time and effort for the wrong thing in return
I spent 20 minutes going through their mobility issues questionnaire, paid my $15, and all I got was obedience training, which is not what I signed up for. There are a plethora of other courses, all for an additional fees of course, and none of them related to joint and mobility.

AVOID THIS COMPANY
They must have had a good Ad so I signed up for $15....didn't realize this was a monthly subscription and I was about to travel internationally so I paused the subscription. They then unpaused it the next month with no notification like reputable companies offer and charged me over $38, 2 1/2 times the original amount. I asked for a refund. They denied and said they told me it'd be $38 next month---Also untrue or I would have cancelled right then. I haven't receiced any service at all from this firm and paid nearly $55---AVOID THIS COMPANY. Total Scam, They couldn't care less about their (supposed) customers.

Buenas tardes, hice una suscripción por 1 mes a pawchamp para ver si valía la pena. Está suscripción de pago en el momento de la contratación, después de ver varios vídeos ( no son personalizados) entendí que no era lo que necesitaba. Para mi sorpresa antes de que pasara el mes ya me habían cobrado 1 año de suscripción entero 49,90€ . Los cuales no he contratado Exijo la evolución y anulación de la suscripción y además de que se niegan a devolverme el dinero me dicen que no cumplo los requisitos de devolución Es un servicio hecho para estafar a la gente y sacarles 1 año de suscripción a un servicio no contratado e inútil.

ABOFALLE!!!
1. Abo-Falle ... was bei Abschluss eines 4-Wochen-Tests nicht sichtbar ist. 2. APP lässt sich nach Installation nicht öffnen (Fehlermeldung, Seite hängt sich auf), so dass das Angebot gar nicht genutzt werden konnte. Finger weg!!!

It is a big ripoff
It is a big ripoff. I was willing to pay the original price. In one month money has been debited out of my account without my consent. The amount is almost 10 times the original amount. Cannot contact them directly to cancel the product. Purchased product 15 January 2026 on agreed price. 19 January $29.96 and $22.77 was debited from my account. Then 14 February $55.32 was debited. 15 February $56.80 was debited. Why was 3(three ) lots of debits without my knowledge.
