I contacted them the day my subscription renewed and asked them to cancel because I had never used the app. They told me they could not cancel, but would not renew in 6 months. So, now I have had to pay over $150 for an app I have NEVER used. We will see if they change me again in 6 months - won't be surprised. UPDATE- After submitting this review, someone from Paw -Champ contacted me immediately. They looked into my account and saw that it should have never reviewed and refunded my money. So, they have fixed the error. I still did not give them a five because I should not have had to jump through all these hoops and have the aggravation of having to deal with this in the first place since my account should have never been renewed. The person I contacted at Paw-champ originally should have looked into my account further instead of just giving me their spiel on their renewal policy and refusing to refund my money.
