It was not clear that this was a $38.99…
It was not clear that this was a $38.99 per month fee. I found the AI trainer awkward and it felt a bit creepy. I use it 3 times. I was shocked by the fee. Perhaps my fault for not reading closely. It feels like a Russian bot. Not for me.

subscription experience
I was not provided with a reminder regarding subscription renewal or the price/cost. I contacted the company numerous times for refund which was denied. After posting this review, the company contacted me to offer a refund. I am glad to have the refund however, do not feel that it needed to come to creation of a review inorder to receive the refund. Read the information very carefully when you first sign up as there will be no further information provided.

Beware Billing Scam
This seemed like a great model to help provide some guidance for my dog. While I tried to utilize, the content didn't provide enough useful content to justify the exorbitant cost. The real fundamental flaw in this comes with the billing model. Once you create an account there is no method for viewing your subscription or upcoming billings. I signed up for a 6 month program. I never received a single email from the company after the initial sign up. Needless to say I was shocked when a $130 charge showed up out of nowhere. This is a scam billing process and they will provide no transparency towards billing or when they will just auto-charge you. Do not expect any communication from this company. They hook you by signing you up and then charging, hoping you won't notice the autobilling.

Amateur & Poorly Executed
Update 20 Feb After posting this review I was granted a full refund. That's worth a star. So I have upgraded to 2 star and changed the title of my review from 'A Scam' to 'Amateur & Poorly Executed'. The balance of my original review stands. The videos are amateur AI generated, glitchy and totally unwatchable. Like if your kid sister had a go at editing and gave chat GPT some wack prompts. I cancelled within 24 hours and asked for the 30 day money back guarantee only to be told you needed to complete 7 lessons to be eligible AND prove it with before and after videos. Putin could use this as a new form of waterboarding it's that awful. Note their instagram page has 78.5k followers and 20 posts. All the posts have 50+ comments about how this is a scam.
