BEWARE when enrolling. This is a monthly subscription plan with LOTS of fine print. After enrolling for one month plan for$17 was hit with$39 charge the next month with no notification prior and cleverly outside the 30 day cancellation period. Requested refund as soon as I was charged but of course it was denied!

Didn't sign up, they took over $90 from me before I noticed. They won't refund. Have no clue if the program is any good, but their customer service is shady as hell. They finally came throught and refunded most of my money.

I would give zero if I could. Took a special offer as a one off & it turned out to be a "trial offer". More like hidden subscription. Money taken out of my account without permission. They claim it's clear on payment page. Obviously not or you would see it. Feel scammed. Customer service just fob you off saying there's nothing they can do. AVOID

I recently wrote a review about this company; please DO read it and continue to read this one (it is lengthy but bear with it) if you are contemplating subscribing for their training app! because this is a extremely unethical company! Let me start by informing you that they won't appear on Companies House as they are based in Cyprus so I would very much doubt that any UK trading laws would apply if things go wrong) they also have so many loop holes when it comes to their "money back guarantee" so for this alone...BUYER BEWARE!! You will see above that I have used the word 'unethical' ...a bold word (but I believe true of PawChamp) especially if like me you are not satisfied with their extremely basic training app and methodology and ultimately voice that opinion (as I did with my previous review) and once they read it they categorically stated in their email (which, by the way came from Emily who is currently their Head of Customer Care) that as a goodwill gesture they wished to provide me with a refund ! Sounds ok so far (my opinion too) and apparently they claimed this wasn't linked in anyway to my review and would be sent immediately. when this didn't transpire I questioned Emily who then sent a lengthy contradictory email advising that the refund would only be issued if I removed my review and changed it to 4/5 stars! Having worked in contract law for a number of years I challenged PawChamp and ultimately was then advised that the wording of the email could have been better and apologised that I had misenterpreted it!! I have all the correspondence and I don't misenterperate anything which makes a menacing and threatening demand for action with the ransom for a refund! Needles to say once I replied that any UK court would see that was a form of blackmail I was issued a full refund very quickly and thought at last the saga would be over! unfortunately NOT as Emily saw fit one week later to email again with the added argumentative intent claiming they had honoured their agreement to refund whereas I had not done so by not removing the review!! once again I contacted them and made a formal complaint asking it to be dealt with by Emily's superiors regarding their Head of Customer Care and this is where they become even more unethical by responding a week later claiming they had reviewed my complaint, apparently tweaked a few areas of how they handled wording so that people like me didn't "misenterperate" exact wording saying the refund will only be issued if you remove the review": etc and as I had received a refund ....job done etc....and signed Ashley???? HOWEVER ...the email was sent from (you guessed it) Emily's own (head of customer care) email address!! Again it was challenged as it beggered belief as to it's validity! I was sent a similar email from "their legal team" ...it's laughable really that they will try every trick in the book to present themselves as a credible company. I'm sorry this is such a long review but I honestly believe anyone considering buying into this company and it's goods/services should know the toy town company they really are. My opinion - their app/product is poor and basic and PawChamp as an overseas company have nothing but unprofessional people pulling tangled strings! The CEO of fontadella (that's the actually company) can be found on a well known social business platform and could easily be messaged directly! My advice AVOID - AVOID!! 3.3.26 Reply to Pawchamps response. Thank you for your reply, however I hope the readers will see that this is just another false claim from a Company that really should not be trusted to tell the truth and makes huge claims regarding taking things seriously (if it did, I doubt very much that there would be negative reviews regarding not acting on a formal complaint and attempting to blackmail customers with the lure of removing a review before reimbursement; not to mention the argumentative and acusotory emails it's staff members sent when totally unfounded! It's a poor attempt to try and regain some ground but with a bit of luck my review and factual statements surrounding your correspondence will hold sway with anyone contemplating using or buying into your company or services! People really do need to take care with #PAWCHAMP ...maybe the name FLAWCHAMP suits better!

Never received a confirmation email or even date of payment trying to cancel it a nightmare and ehen i finally get someone to cancel they wont refund me even if i never even use the app

Beware of PawChamp’s billing practices and monitor your monthly renewals closely—they are not helpful when it comes to refunds. Their business model seems to rely on customers forgetting about the subscription and auto-renewal. We lost our puppy about a month after signing up and unfortunately forgot to cancel the auto-renewal. When I finally noticed several months later, customer service offered no meaningful help. They said they were “unable” to refund the hundreds of dollars charged, and instead offered 30 free days of service—which is useless since we no longer have a dog. Proceed with caution when signing up, and be sure to cancel promptly if you decide the service isn’t worth the price for the quality of training provided.

Would give zero stars if I could. If PawChamp posts one of those “We’re so sorry” CYA’s after this post, don’t believe it! I’ve been getting the run around from everyone on customer service this week. My fellow 1-star reviewers are correct: This company only survives on scams and bad business practices. It is so sad that they disguise themselves under the guise of “building trust” between you and your most loyal companion. Meanwhile, they are vicious shysters. Beware of clicking on Instagram Ads. They will have your first born child before you know it.

On 28th Jan I signed up for what I believed was a one-off payment of £15.19 believing it allowed me to access the training course as and when I needed to on my mobile app. On 27th Feb I was charged a whopping £38.95 so I immediately contacted Paw-Champ to question the situation and request a refund. After all, I had not received ANY emails to a) provide T&Cs and advice of a cooling off period, or to advise it will renew a month later costing more than double the amount, and b) no email to advise the subscription was about to renew. After several emails I finally gained my refund of £38.95, but not without a fight. Not impressed I'm afraid.
