What made my experience great was when I needed the help they were there immediately on chat instead of saying “we’ll get back to you in 24 hours“. Then the advice was excellent.

Good start!
Lisa asked good questions to illicit specific behaviors and triggers. She gave me easy to follow steps to take to begin breaking bad habits for my more dominant dog, trying to protect her sister.

Resource guarding help
Having behavioural problems with our rescue dog and I contacted live chat for advice. John answered me in no time and was really helpful. He was understanding and I felt that he really cared. He gave me suggestions and also explained the reasons behind the behaviours we are experiencing. I am so glad I registered with Pawchamp.
