The trainer captured the behaviour that I was observing in my dog with incredible accuracy and clarity. Using the language “business transaction”, “bribe vs. reward” helped me to understand my dog and to identify the next steps to improve my dog’s reliability to follow a command. I am very excited to begin this new chapter in dog training! I also appreciated the time the trainer took to identify programs within the app and to specify which lessons within each program would align with the goals we set. This targeted guidance will allow me to use my time wisely and productively. I wish I had reached out sooner to the expert trainers! The live chat was simple to navigate and I had a plan in place within minutes of starting a chat with a trainer. The efficacy with which the trainer narrowed down the “problem” behaviour and offered a solution was impressive (under 10 minutes)! I will certainly reach out again should I need answers. This feature is worth its weight in gold.
