In November of 2024, I had signed up for their 6 month free trial. I enjoyed the videos but for me personally they were not too helpful. I ended up not using the service after a few days, I had forgotten all about it, until I got charged almost $100. Paw Champ offered me a refund and apologized for not reaching out the whole 6 months. They handled the situation well and where very polite. I would recommend the videos and everything else for people who are new to having a dog/puppy. I've had dogs in the past and most of what was being taught I knew how to do. Other wise, I recommend giving Paw Champ a go.
