Average training but misleading pricing

Like others reported, this is a monthly subscription (aren't they all?) and I didn't read the fine print carefully. I paid $19.99 for the first month and then got charged the full price of $49.99 but then contacted them and they were very responsive and cancelled it right away (no refund). Note: You can also cancel by going into PayPal and stopping the automatic payment yourself. Having said that, the reason I cancelled was that the course for me is very slow, repetitive, and given in a foreign language with an English voice-over translation, which is not very good. I have done other online courses which I feel were better quality. The trainer has some good tips, but so far they haven't worked very well with my dog although I'll keep trying. I've still only done about 15% of the first course but now decided use a different trainer. So I sort of wasted $69 USD but I have only myself to blame. There is no refund unless you video yourself training your dog for 7 days within the first 30 days and show that it's not working. You have to contact them within 30 days. I think this is fair because otherwise how can they justify a refund? I was just frustrated because I thought I only bought 4 weeks of training, not an ongoing subscription! In summary, the customer service is very good, the fees are a bit misleading, and the training is a average. It might work for you, but didn't for me.
