BE AWARE
BE AWARE. They make you think you’re paying for a one off thing, then they charge you $80 a month. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. You cannot get a refund on this, there is also no where to unsubscribe on the website. They’ve made it hard to stop, basically scammers.

DIFFICULT SERVICE
DIFFICULT SERVICE There is no simple way to cancel. You also receive no reminder or notification of renewal, which is not too obvious in the first place. I ended up not using the service due to unfortunate circumstances. They denied refund sounding very flippant about it. If you are communicating with a certain male at support and you have used PayPal, call their bluff and dispute payment. I was granted refund after that. BBB might be seeing a review from me as well.

Stay AWAY Doggy-plan.com is the biggest…
My issue with Doggy-plan has been resolved and I'm happy with the outcome. It took a while to get resolved but it all worked out and I appreciated everyone that helped to make that happen.

Hello j'ai souscrit pour un montant de 19.99 (doggyplan à hong kong) pour avoir un programme adapté et court. Je viens de constater un nouveau débit de 49.99 eur (doggyplan a Gibraltar) pour un service que je n'ai pas demandé.

Ich habe die Erfahrung gemacht, dass ich für am 12 Juni für 19,99 einen Monat gebucht habe und jetzt sehe, dass 49,99 von meinem Konto abgebucht werden. Es war nirgends ersichtlich, dass es sich hier um ein Abo handelt zu einem hohen Preis. Ich habe doggy-plan bei PayPal gemeldet, habe zusätzlich dem Support von Doggy.plan geschrieben und hoffe, dass mein Geld zurückkommt. Sehr unseriöser Anbieter, ich bin maximal frustriert

The videos are dubbed
The videos are dubbed, apparently originally filmed in another language. That would be fine if the translation wasn’t awkward and repetitive. This makes it hard to understand. The sign up is deceptive and appears not to be a subscription. Canceling the subscription is a headache you receive several emails before they will just go ahead and cancel your subscription. The content should be reworked so it’s not so repetitive And the narration redone so it is understandable. I suspect AI was used and not alive native speaking person to translate.
