Just got scammed by this online course.
I just got scammed by this online course! They charged me $29.58 aud, which I initially believed was a one-time payment. But guess what? The next month, they hit me with a $73.34 aud charge for a service I never even used! Their user interface is deceitfully designed to hide crucial information, making it absurdly easy to overlook the fact that you'll be billed repeatedly and at a higher rate. This isn't just my experience; countless negative reviews on Trustpilot confirm this exact issue. It's outrageous and unacceptable! Furthermore, they denied me a refund for the second charge, even though I requested it immediately after being billed and explained the misleading user interface experience. I should have checked the countless reviews about the same issue beforehand. I hope my review will help others avoid being fooled by them. If they were truly committed to their customers, they would resolve the issues with their UI to prevent people from being misled into purchasing a plan they don't want.
