Hidden subscription fees
Update 18:07:25 I have received an email confirming a full refund. I only watched the first lesson and it wasn’t for me but the reviews are mostly good 17:07:25 I thought I had bought a one off course and did not think that was very professional it was badly edited, but I cut my losses and did not complain. BUT today I noticed they had taken £39.99 from my bank and there must have been small print signing me up to a subscription. Customer Services said the usual terms and conditions stuff but as a consumer as I thought the course was no good I will chase this until I get my money back. I am not rich my husband has not worked since January as he has cancer. I wanted to do some dog walking as am extra job to earn some money which is why I bought the dog training course. I feel very sad that I’ve been conned.
