Watch out - they will charge you for monthly membership fees! Useful Information But Videos are Poor in Quality
Last update: I was finally able to cancel the membership. I wish it has worked out, as we were making progress with our dog. UPDATE: I recently was charged $49.99 on my credit card and I had to ask my credit card company to help determine what the charge was for - it came from Paw Champ. Nowhere did I ever see that I was subscribing to their program on their website or when I signed up. The only way to cancel the supposed subscription is to send an email to their support email address. This is not a way to run a business, and I feel like I got schnookered! I will look for another way to train my dog. I like the concepts that are being discussed, and I have seen improvement in my dog’s behavior. However, sometimes they contradict themselves and it is confusing. Also, the videos are not well edited - often the sound does not line up with the video. One of the videos I recently watched only had sound and no video attached. Lastly, I thought o was purchasing this program for $19.99, but I was charged the $19.99 plus another $9.99.
