I never signed up for this and somehow…
I never signed up for this and somehow they ended up charging me $49.99 ( pawchamp Dover US) which I am disputing through my credit card company. I urge everyone to check their credit card statements for errors and scams.

Everything I have read so far you can easily find on the internet for free with a simple Google search. I thought this would be actually teaching professional trainer techniques. If it doesn't get better I'm going to be very disappointed that I spent money to read these easily accessible tips.

SCAM. I would give a 0 if possible. The videos provide some useful tips, however, it is very generic and nothing that isn’t freely available on YouTube. The scam is the billing. After paying an initial small “discount” rate fee. I was never emailed a receipt nor provided any subscription details so was completely unaware I would be billed again. A month later, and I was billed more than double the original charge. I emailed the day of being charged to cancel the subscription and request a refund. The refund was denied because I didn’t meet the money back guarantee criteria. DON’T DO IT. SCAM. In response to your reply: No you are not “truly sorry” and no your support team is definitely not there to help. I’ve reported this scam of a company to as many places as possible. No, an informed decision could not be made as no email was sent to clarify my subscription, no receipt, no information of my subscription on your homepage when logged in. Yet another generic response to address another sucker who fell for your scam promising to help dog owners. If it was so clear there would not be so many reviews saying the same thing.

Prélèvement d’une année sans Avis, pour 117,99€ alors que cela n est mentionné nul part au moment de la subscription. Ils parlent de renouvellement alors que ce n est pas vrai: j’avais payé 47,99€ la premiere fois. Ce n’est donc pas un renouvellement.
