***ALERT***Obscure subscription…
***ALERT***Obscure subscription policies. We were charged $49 as a subscription charge and it is not made clear at the beginning. The company will then try and convince you that it was clear. It is not. Please make sure you know what you are signing up for. We found the same training online for free.

Widely available content packaged in a dodgy subscription model
Scummy subscription model aside, this just isn't a great service in general. I spotted the recurring charges so I set my card to block future payments just in case but even at that what you get for the price just isn't worth it. The same content is available for free all over YouTube often with better presentation. Would not recommend.

This place is a scam
This place is a scam. They advertise 30 day money back guarantee but make you prove you used it for 7 days and show a video of your dog not obeying. Most places that offer a guarantee are no questions asked.

Couldn’t get the program on line
Couldn’t get the program on line. Not working with my dog. Would like a refund but that won’t happen. Was going to tell bank to put in as fraud. I just now found it and physically can’t do it. I’m 76

Absolutely terrible - AVOID
Truly, truly appalling. The repeat charges mount up, it ends up costing you a fortune. But the content.. it is embarrassingly dreadful. What should be just 5 minutes is dragged out to 25 minutes. It is excruciating to listen to, repetitive and barely better than common sense. You will learn NOTHING from this and it will not help you or your dog. I used it for about 2 weeks and then abandoned it. Forgot about it and incurred a total of US$192 of charges before I noticed. It was difficult to find a way to cancel, but I managed eventually. However someway, somehow, I managed to have a 2nd account. I have only just managed to cancel that one, another US$168 wasted. I contacted them and asked if, in good faith, they would refund the 2nd account. Outright refusal. This outfit is based in Limassol, Cyprus. The billing name on your CC or Paypal will change - that is a flag that they are being accused of cheating people. Learn from my foolishness and experience and....AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

SCAM COMPANY AVOID
I cancelled my subscription the day I started the paid trial. I've emailed countless times and they will not respond. They keep talking like $80 a month. Can't speak to them they just ignore their emails. Avoid at all costs this is a scam company that will keep taking your money
