The most boring dog training sessions
The most boring dog training sessions I ever seen! Far too much talking and all done in secure area with no distraction! Admittedly I've not finished all the sessions because it is so boring so maybe at some point they venture outside? Sadly money wasted.

My dog died and I was in the hospital…
My dog died and I was in the hospital after being ill for a while. My dog was cremated in a pet cemetery with a national cremation registry number and certificate of death. THE PUPPY TRAINING APP TOLD ME THAT DEATH WAS NOT A LEGITIMATE REASON FOR A REFUND AND I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR SERVICES THAT A DEAD DOG CAN NOT USE. DISGUSTING.

Worthless product, terrible service
Worthless product and terrible customer service. I requested a refund the same day my card was charged for subscription renewal. I was recently laid off and had forgotten to cancel it. They refused my refund request. I told them about my current hardship, but they didn't care. Horrible company.

Repeat charges on painful videos
Repeat charges on videos that are too painful to watch in full. This is utter garbage. Avoid it at all cost, or it will cost you, like it has me.

No record of email from subscription…
No record of email from subscription and the content is worse than anything you will find on YouTube. Absolute SCAM. Do not sign up.

Buyer Beware of High Priced Subscriptions!
I purchased a class from them and they unbeknownst to me (apparently very small print) put me into a $50 monthly subscription on top of the fee I paid for the class. I'm not sure what extra benefits the subscription gives as I saw none once logged in. Buyer beware that the like to take your money without you truly knowing what you're signing up for. Of course I contacted them immediately upon seeing the charge and they said it was in the fine print and all purchases are non-refundable.

Should have read the reviews
Should have read the reviews! I too missed the fact that I was signing up for a subscription that they have pointed out a number of times is "BELOW" the payment button! Unfortunate, because we were enjoying the content of the course and would have renewed if they were a little more open about their business practices!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!
BUYER BEWARE! This program is a scam and they will continue to charge you $79.99 every 3 months with no reminders or any way to cancel from the webpage! Do not fall for this SCAM! The program is just basic dog training and can be found anywhere online! EDITED TO ADD: I got my money back through a PayPal dispute so if you get scammed by this company file a PayPal dispute!
