Dear Loki, Thank you for sharing your review.  We understand your concerns about the 28-day training expectations and the level of training required for a service dog. PawChamp is a membership-based dog training platform that provides structured lessons and guidance to help owners build essential training skills at home. The program is designed to provide a structured foundation and support progress with basic obedience. We recognize that advanced service-dog training requires additional, specialized work beyond basic obedience, and we appreciate you highlighting this distinction. We've sent you an email to resolve your concerns and the issues you've raised from [email protected]  — please check your inbox(and spam folder, just in case). We look forward to resolving this for you promptly. PawChamp Team 🐾
