Mia gave me very valuable information and the link to potty training was very valuable as well. She understood what problems we were having and wants to stay in touch to make sure everything‘s working well.

The best helpdesk support ever!
My inquiry was handled by Margo from the PawChamp support team. I am most impressed with her prompt responses and her understanding of my issue which she addressed with empathy, personal warmth, and insight into my situation. Having previous experienced helpdesks in other organisations and their one-line responses or frustrating chatbot merry-go-round interactions, Margo exemplified what real humane and customer-focused helpdesk support means, and I am most grateful for her assistance. Ten out of ten!

Dante, boxer quasi nove anni e l’obbedienza
Ho acquistato un piano di lezioni per l’obbedienza, ho un boxer di otto anni e ho risolto brillantemente. Ho disdetto l’abbonamento perché ho risolto il mio problema e non ho avuto problemi. Sono stata soddisfatta del servizio e lo utilizzerò nuovamente. Consigliato!
