This company is SO SHADY
This company is SO SHADY - I originally came on here to write a good review because I think that the videos, though weirdly dubbed over the original Russian language of the trainers, actually make some good points. However, when reading other reviews I was stunned to discover that Paw Champ is a subscription based model and I had been paying $50/month (OMG THAT IS SO OVERPRICED!!!!) for access to the videos. I am so glad I came on here to write a review because otherwise I would maybe not have caught this for a very long time. They of course refuse to give refunds when you reach out to them and explain you had no idea you had been signed up for a subscription. They reply to all of the bad reviews with this crap about how it was clear on the payment screen. I assure you IT WAS NOT CLEAR! When I emailed support they replied with a screenshot that looked nothing like the payment screen that I saw when I paid what I thought was a one-time fee to access the class, so frustrating. You can see by the number of people writing reviews here that something is up and definitely shady about their business practices. They don't send any reminders about your subscription and they also have nowhere on their website where you can check your account status or unsubscribe yourself. Honestly, spend the $50/month on private dog lessons, will get you way farther down the road than this. Dispicable.
