New To Online Puppy Training
I had my first consultation online today with Teresa. This was a new experience for me. I was a Special Education Teacher for 30 years. I was now not the when giving advice but receiving it. Teresa was giving appropriate instructions for my very young Yorkie. She validated what I was doing. We agreed to follow up in 3 days.

Patient and understanding
Patient and understanding. I contacted and expert since i did not see the course designed for small dogs. John advised how I could find it. And offered to give me help as well. I gave him my dilemma and he provided a couple options to try. He took the time to understand my situation and give advice.

Wonderful customer service
I spoke with Anna, and she amazing. She was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to help me. I asked her questions about my 7 year old chihuahua Lily, and she was so thorough with the information and even gave me tutorials to go to based on what I needed specifically.

Mia listened to what my dog is doing…
Mia listened to what my dog is doing and offered good advice along with acknowledgement that what she is doing is normal for her age. She also asked to follow up.
