the product was advertised as a 7 minute a day potty training program for users who had already tried everything to get a dog potty trained. What I received was a ton of training tips for all other issues and a very short section on potty training that was generic and using all the methods I had already tried. I am updating my rating from 2 to 4 because, even though the product did not meet my expectations, this company worked hard to make things right for me. When I eventually requested a refund, they issued one almost immediately.
