NO STARS!!!
NO STARS!!! This company is a scam! Totally worthless! I had canceled my subscription the same week I signed up for a 3 month program. I was charged 66.65 three months later. I contacted the company for a refund and was told I had to cancel within 30 days...I canceled within 7 days. They left my account active and continued to charge my bank account. NO SATISFACTION AT ALL!!!! DO NOT JOIN PAW CHAMP...TOTAL SCAM!! UPDATE: Paw Champ did return my money. After turning them in to my bank for fraudulent charges.

Unauthorized Monthly Charges – Beware of Hidden Subscription
I signed up for PawChamp on February 18, 2025, and paid $15.19 for what I believed was a one-month service. I used the platform for a single day and never returned. Over a year later, I discovered I had been charged $38.95 every month for 13 months — totaling $521.54. There was no clear disclosure that I was enrolling in a recurring subscription, and I did not knowingly authorize these charges. I also never used the service beyond day one. I have since contacted support to cancel and requested a full refund. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to carefully review billing terms before signing up. UPDATE: PawChamp did work with me and issued a refund covering six months of the charges. I appreciate that they took steps to partially resolve the issue. However, I still believe the charges beyond the original $15.19 were not properly authorized, so I’m not completely satisfied with the final resolution.

SUBCRIPTION SCAM
Training was very basic and not helpful. I only signed up for trial,but hidden in the sign up was a notice that i would be charged $39.95 monthly. I am very cautious of trials and did look for this , not seeing it when I signed up. Then, for several month a charge was snuck into my PayPal account and went unnotice

Took my money but no account and no prod.
So chose a subscription level and paid for it only for the site to disappear (my money was taken though) and there appears to be no account I can get access to, nor have I been provided with anything although I gave an email address. Does not fill me with confidence. Please contact me or I will refer to my bank to reclaim my money.

They use a "Bait and Switch": (e.g., Its advertised as a one-time $1 payment but charged $39/month without clear notice"). When I reached out one day after being charged they refused to refund my paement They use an AI bot to handle communications. Goes no where This is a scam

Frustrated and billed twice for two separate amts.
Can I just get to the first lesson before you didn't let me go further till you ask me for feedback??? and now I see that you have charged my credit card twice. Once for 15.19 and another for 39.99.
