Needed some help with my rescue collie…
Needed some help with my rescue collie , she didn’t like the hoover at all ! Anna was able to forward me some info and give me some tips . With carful introductions I’m actually able to now use the hoover for a little bit at time - baby steps

It’s unfortunate that this company…
Update: The company has resolved my concerns satisfactorily and state that feedback has been taken seriously and are making improvements to their site ensuring clarity and transparency for customers and the billing process. ************ It’s unfortunate that this company doesn’t value customer relations. I was shocked when I discovered that my credit card had been billed for a full subscription when I was under the belief that I signed up for a free trial duration only. I immediately notified them of this error, however they refuse to refund the amount. Not a company I would recommend due to their lack of customer service and relations. I did not receive a confirmation email, receipt or anything from Paw Champ to confirm or say that I purchased a subscription. The only thing I received was an email to download the app. Shady and deceptive.

Be aware this is a monthly subscription
Unfortunately I am too used to buying Apps and did not register that this was a subscription scheme. As a result I paid this company £120 pounds and used one lesson! Upon asking to cancel I was offered a lifetime membership for 29.99 which would have just been more money. Having challenged again PawChamp have now refunded me one month's subscription, which helps a bit. It's up to you whether you feel almost £40 per month is a good deal.
