This is a scam company
This is a scam company I bought a training package for £19.99 on 11 nov via an Instagram offer that popped up The training launched via Instagram once I completed Payment (where I had signed up) I started some of the training and it was SO badly filmed with the voice not syncing to the person acting that I stopped using it immediately. £19.99 is not that much to lose for a bad programme, I thought I got no email from them after purchase , no log in details, nothing. I would’ve expected an email confirmation with log in details, terms and conditions I’ve just had a notification pop up that they’ve now taken £39.99 from my account. Reading other reviews on trust pilot i read there is actually a ‘subscription’ which I needed to cancel if I didn’t want to proceed and be charged At NO point in the sign up process did it mention that, my understanding was I was buying a one off training programme. At no point was there any mention of subscription or recurring payment. Nor did I receive any correspondence about my signup or ‘subscription’ at any point I will be calling my bank today to say that I have not authorised this Payment and that the first Payment was also a scam I believe this is a scam company set up to take these small payments from ppl on Instagram that are then ‘subscriptions’ people can’t cancel and that’s how they’re making money Otherwise I would’ve been sent info when I signed up. Instead when I closed everything on Instagram it just disappeared with no record of my payment , no email confirmation, no receipt or terms of this ‘alleged’ subscription There Instagram account is new from September this year, and all the comments have been deleted on the posts which is where I imagine people have been complaining to them I can see this company is registered in Cyprus. A lot easier to scam from abroad! The training video was terrible quality in any event, a woman mining with an A.I voiceover. Absolutely awful and painful to watch I DID contact them by email to pursue this and all they said was it was clear on purchase this was a subscription’ which is utterly FALSE. Any legit company with a high quality product does not need to scam customers into monthly subscriptions after one purchase.

Dear Jo, Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're truly sorry to hear that the video lessons did not meet your expectations. Your experience matters to us, and we understand how important it is for the lessons to be clear and easy to follow. Also, to clarify, 39.99 is a part of a monthly subscription, which was selected on the initial page where you purchased the trial. The details regarding subscription are clearly outlined on the payment screen, so you could make an informed decision before proceeding. That said, our priority is ensuring you have the support you need. We’re available 24/7, and would love to help clear up any questions or concerns.
