Automatic renewal after trial period sign up / make sure to cancel
Unfortunately I did not like this program at all, the lessons are extremely badly produced and boring. I did sign up for a trial period and after two ‘lessons’ decided this was not for me. After three months another amount (yearly subscription) was deducted from my account. After enquiries it turned out that when you do a trial period you automatically sign up for a subscription.They did cancel it now and are giving me a refund. Just so you know, make sure to cancel in time in case you do not want to sign up after the trial period.
