These experts listen!
The most important part is when you don't know if there is someone there. Then without fail each expert responds as though you have been talking about your pet all day. Un fact zi talked through one shift and into another. All responses were focused on my pet. Not general ideas. Luna couldn't know my dog that well. We had just met. Very perceptive listener. She wanted to understand the issue before she expressed he ideas for helping Dutch. Excellent

what a wonderful person!
what a wonderful person! She definitely hit the mark on the head of exactly what I needed to hear about my dog peeing and pooping in the wrong places. She couldn’t have been more patient with this old lady that has lots of health problems and trying to find out how to make my dog and myself happier. I loved her and all the help she’s giving me a time she took with me tonight. Thank you. Hazel very very much and I hope to hear from you soon if I have any more questions. I’m gonna call you on this machine if I can find out how to do that. Have a good night. Jan Raible

Hazel is engaging
Hazel is engaging, prompt with replies, we were disconnected a couple of times but she got straight back to me. She is very knowledgable about poor behaviours and had many suggestions of what to do and together or mainly Hazel we came up with a positive plan moving forward and I could not be happier with her positivity and encouragement and genuine interest to find out our progress in a couple of days.
