Bad Voice-Overs & Unfair Subscription Policy

UPDATED 27/03/2025: Customer Service at PawChamp contacted me and offered me a refund, which I accepted and it was paid promptly. Therefore I have adjusted my rating from 1 star to 3. MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was disappointed with Paw Champ’s dog training videos. The original recordings are in a language other than English, and the voice-over translation is poorly done. They use the same voice for multiple people, which makes it confusing to follow. The content itself wasn’t particularly useful for training my dog. On top of that, they operate on a subscription basis but did not send a reminder before renewing my subscription. When I reached out for a refund, they refused. Overall, I had a very frustrating experience and wouldn’t recommend their service.
