It’s an ongoing subscription

I spent too much time trawling through Pawchamps advert trying to find a price - and I thought I could sign up for a month to try it out. Nowhere did it say it was an ongoing subscription. I went onto the website briefly and saw that I’d signed up for a subscription and it didn’t seem to have the vagus nerve info that i was particularly curious about; just lots of standard targeted training courses. I didn’t spend long looking because I was upset about the subscription thing- and so I cancelled it within minutes. It didn’t have what I wanted and seemed misleading. I requested a refund but they refused unless I proved I’d tried the courses and sent them a video to prove that I had. I then tried to get a refund through PayPal but was informed I couldn’t get one because I had accessed the website. When I left a negative review, I was offered a refund. So, I’m grateful for that. The training courses might be good, but it wasn’t what I was after and it took a bit of a battle to get my money back.
