I thought my payment was just a single one.

I signed up and sent them $19.99 thinking it was a single payment. I went onto the course website and discovered the videos are horrible. The person speaking in English is definitely not the person in the video, which is very distracting. I tried it for a week and then stopped, not realizing there would be more charges. It wasn’t clear when I signed up that I was getting into a monthly charge. I wrote to them when my credit card got charged a month later and they more or less said forget it. They sent me a 20-page document with their refund policy at the very end, stating I had to cancel within the first 30 days. I didn’t even know about any “contract.” If they won’t refund my money, it will be a good lesson for me, but I am going to let PayPal know and also Facebook, where I saw their ad. In response to this response, I have already been told by PawChamp that they will not refund my money. They are not telling the truth when they say they want to resolve the issue. They are not sorry at all. I have learned my lesson.
