Great tips for working dogs as well as pets.
I wasn’t sure if the expert would understand my situation of having a working dog rather than a pet, but Ave got it straight away. She was patient, encouraging and understanding.

Echo's New Way of Life!
Haven't started yet. We have a camper van; we love camping. Our boy is a menace on campsites. Constant barking and aggressive with other dogs. (Home and away) Frightened of men. Phobic of loud noises. He came to us after abuse at 2 years old. We are desperate for change.

Lisa was efficient and supportive.
Lisa was efficient (I'm still not sure if she's a 'bot'!), charming and made me feel relaxed. Elsie and I had a lovely day, relaxing at home, playing footie and having a coffee at the local pub with a friend. She was MUCH more attentive and relaxed and seems to be enjoying the practice sessions. Thank you.
