Dishonest business practice

As others have said, be careful of the auto-renewal. They are very dishonest in their cancellation process. First, they said they could not find my account under my email address when I literally typed it in my initial message. Then, after I re-sent the message with my email, they require you to go through a survey explaining why you want to quit. After sending my reason, they pasted a script in on other things I could do, do I really want to quit? Another email to assure them, yes i want to quit. This was met with yet another script email offering a different subscription model and an open ended suggestion to contact them if I would like to try that. It wasn’t the confirmation I was hoping for, but it seemed like unless I contacted them, I would not continue. Then another email following up saying if I didn’t respond, my ticket would be closed as resolved. So apparently still not cancelled. I sent a fifth email indicating to cancel the service and hopefully they will cancel it this time. My suggestion would be that if you want to try it, subscribe to it via your phone’s app store so you can control the subscription via the store and not through their customer service. I would further suggest that you try another app altogether as their app was not useful. A checkbox for feeding your dog every day and giving them water and a walk. Training content if you dig around, but not any different than reading blog articles. Waste of time and very frustrating customer service behavior. I hope I don’t have to contact my credit card company to turn off the auto renewal scam.
