Second experience!
Second time I’ve chatted online with an expert and, yet again, it was brilliant. Lisa helped explain a few things and also helped me understand why my dog was displaying a particular behaviour! Thank you Lisa!

Johnny was insightful and explained the 'why'
Johnny was insightful to what I was explaining. He did a great job adjusting his suggestion as he under stood following up comments. My favorite is that he told me evidence based recommendations. "Re working Brutus mind to not associate the leash a hyper time.
