Poor quality training
Poor quality training, videos are poor quality overall. Nothing on here can’t just be seen with any YouTube video for free by trainers. They won’t cancel subscriptions without a fight. Reviews are most likely not real based on timestamps and user experience times.

Not worth it + unauthorized auto-renew
Videos are badly translated and don't show much. It's essentially a trainer who talk with a dog on her side. Content could be good if it was shown properly and in a dynamic way, with different dog responses. I paid for a 4-week plan at 20USD and I wasn't planning on paying more than that. On their site, access to your account is not clear and thus cancellations is not so simple. After a month, they charded me 49USD as an auto-renew subscription I can't recall agreeing to. I right away asked for a cancellation, but they refused until I said I would complain to PayPal.

This is a scam
This is a scam. I have been charged twice for a service I have never used, on my credit card. I would not recommend giving them any of your personal information. Stay away.

Cautionary tale (or tail because dogs)
I signed up (like many) after I received a targeted ad on Instagram. I signed up for the £29.99 package and I found out today that it was not a one time purchase 😢. I did not see this/was not paying much attention, so this is a cautionary tale for others. The price shot up to £49.99 for the second month. I couldn’t get a refund the day of renewal and the program is not worth that kinda cash per month. There is a wealth of free, and better, content online so save yourself the cash monies

Subscription service is not FCC compliant. Very difficult to cancel
Subscription service is not effective and doesn’t follow FCC guidelines making it difficult to cancel. After many additional charges it required seeking deep into policies to find their process then waiting for a cancelation email that required a survey be completed before they’d cancel! The FCC requires simple click to cancel memberships which Paw-Chsmps does NOT follow. Refunds are not simple. They do not stand by their company and screw their customers.

I was charged 20 US$ on Mar 1 and…
I was charged 20 US$ on Mar 1 and received some written instructions no personalized help. Then Mar 31 they automatically charged another 49.99 US$ on another of my credit cards on my PayPal without ever providing any service. I have filed a dispute claim with Mastercard and will bring them to the BBB if they do not return my money.
