Awful videos & unauthorized charges.
This company charged me without my authorization for an ongoing subscription. They have refused to provide me with receipts despite the fact that I have requested them in two separate ways. I made one authorized purchase in December. only. The company restarted a subscription for me in March that I did not authorize. They have not been able to provide me with any kind of documentation to suggest that I approved this, and continue to refuse to provide me with receipts for any of these transactions. Run. Run from this company unless you like to be defrauded. As a side note, if you have done any kind of real dog training before the content in these videos is poor. It is nothing like the content shown in their ads. Additionally, the videos taken using a smartphone of my prior dog trainer and posted to their portal were of significantly better video quality as well as content than whatever this nonsense is. If I could give zero Stars for content quality and customer service, not to mention this and legal behavior, I would, but this website requires me to leave a one-star review. Having done a few subsequent searches now it is clear that this company is a scam. I wish I'd done my research better and gone to Reddit. I have complained multiple times now and just keep getting met with the same stonewalling response to check an email that I never received for an unauthorized subscription that I did not initiate. If this was a genuine company with an actual product and any kind of value, they would not be engaged in this kind of widespread deceptive behavior.
