The videos are dreadful
The videos are dreadful: not sure what language the presenters are speaking but originally it’s not English. I have up watching them as they are either dubbed or computer generated. Disappointed.

Signed up to PawChamp and…
I initially signed up to PawChamp and received a video that was okay, but not particularly groundbreaking. What caught me off guard was discovering a month later that I’d been charged an additional $49.99 USD for a subscription I didn’t knowingly agree to. It turns out this was in the fine print — an ongoing monthly fee unless cancelled. That said, to their credit, once I contacted PawChamp about the charge, they refunded the subscription fee and cancelled my membership without issue. I appreciate that they resolved it promptly, even though the sign-up process could definitely be more transparent.
