Terrible quality, it's a scam. £40 taken
Terrible quality. I think they have stolen the content! The videos are a person in reverse (writing on clothes etc is backwards). The voice is dubbed and comput___er geneer__at__e. Long pauses thenwordssofast that they make no sense. Overall a video is a person talking for 7 minutes then 10 seconds showing the dog and the action ( with a dog that is already trained). Videos shown on sign up are not the quality afterwards. Then make sure you cancel the subscription, it is taken early and is £40 per month. The content is not even worth the discounted rate. There are much better free descriptions and videos available. In response to PawChamp's generic reply: I was in contact previously to leaving this poor review. There is no chance they'll improve the videos soon. There's ALOT of superfluous content, it'll take 12 months to improve.

Poor quality
Signed up for a one off payment of £19.99 - video was of really poor quality jumped around and looked dubbed. Stopped watching and then to my surprise, had another £39.99 taken out of my bank acct. not a very satisfied customer

Won't refund my money after I cancelled the renewal.
We ended up having to hire a dog trainer & behaviorist to fix our dog's unique behavior issues. I tried to cancel my subscription on the day it was to be renewed and was given a laundry list of reasons why they won't refund my money. $50 down the drain. I also don't like the idea that you have to contact the company to cancel your subscription, instead of just being able to cancel online on Google Play, like you can with other apps. If you sign up for a free trial, make sure you cancel the day before it is to be renewed for the full price.

Awful dubbed videos totally worthless
Awful dubbed videos totally worthless. Hidden subscription that they will not refund. Total scam. Avoid at all costs.

Achtung Abo-Falle! Es wird zunächst in Instagram Werbung und im Verlauf der Buchung ausdrücklich von einmaliger Zahlung gesprochen. Dann kommt plötzlich die Abo-Abbuchung. Die Website enthält auch keine Option zur Verwaltung dieses Abo, wohl bewusst.

I have been trying to cancel my…
I have been trying to cancel my subscription for 2 months and I can’t get any support. I can’t log in and I keep getting charged!! I am furious!

Dishonest company....avoid
The ongoing subscription rate is not clear at the check out. I contacted the customer support who refuse a refund deapite me sending screen shots of the checkout which does not show the ongoing subscription which more than doubles from the original rate. Very clever social media marketing to hook genuine dog owners, please avoid this scam.
