Appalling - avoid at all cost!

As others have said, underhand and predatory approach - I had no idea I was signing up for a monthly subscription of £39.99. No reminder emails were sent to indicate a charge was coming, no reminder of my right to cancel. I lost my dog shortly after signing up for the trial. I only just noticed the charges coming out, so reached out. I was repeatedly told a refund wouldn't be possible unless I could evidence the training hasn't worked by sending a video! After repeated messages, they offered a partial refund and retained access (which very obviously isn't needed!) for the last month only, which was charged 2 days ago. They are quick to answer but repeatedly remind me of the need for evidence for their money back guarantee. Truly appalling service, and the few videos I used right at the start were badly edited, poorly dubbed and overly repetitive. Avoid this company. UPDATE: the below reply is simply lip service, especially as there is no ability for me to public ally respond. I have emailed the contact details you mention several times and repeatedly been told there is nothing that can be done. If you really want to resolve the issue, simply provide a full refund.
