Be very careful when you sign up!

Be very careful when you sign up! This company does not have integrity. As far as I was aware, I signed up for a one off payment to see how I got on with the product. I actually checked that it was a one off payment and that I wasn't signing up for a membership. Had it stopped there, I would have been satisfied. There were some useful suggestions and I liked the way it was presented in bite sized chunks. I was, therefore, surprised and rather cross to find that money had been taken from my bank without my permission. I sent several email but was told that I had indeed signed up for a membership. I've no idea how this happened. I'm more than willing to admit errors, when I make them, but for this to happen there is something very very misleading. I gave up in the end, feeling that further waste of my time only added to the frustration. It's a shame because I would have been happy to recommend the product that I received and that I had actually signed up for. *** Following this review I have now received a refunded and am amending the review as requested.
