Scammers, hidden subcription, while expected one-time payment, don't return money

I payed for the service once and never used it, the terms did not state clearly it was a recurring subscription. In their terms I find this: Please note that only fulfillment of all the above requirements allows you to receive a full Voluntary Refund under “Money-back guarantee”. For the sake of clarity, this “Money-back guarantee” does not apply to the following cases: Personal reasons (you don’t like the product, it did not meet your expectations etc.); Financial reasons (you did not expect that you will be charged, that the subscription will automatically renew, or that the services are paid etc.). - I did not know and it was not clear I would have to pay every month 50 euro. I have not used the product at all and requested money back as per terms, but they do not return money. Beware! UPD. I spent an hour talking to their support. I looked at the site and there is no account section and no subscription info, so I could not edit it or even see it, and it is also impossible to cancel without contacting them directly. They obviously followed a script saying at first that I can't be refunded as I knew what I was buying, then offered "goodwill gesture" to refund 50%, then 75%, and then 100%, but only when I started writing about scam under each post in their social networks. An honest business makes it possible to see, edit and terminate subscription. This is not the case here. They contacted me asking to remove the review, but I prefer it to stay for those struggling to return money from them.
