Purchased a 28 day course - matter resolved quickly

Purchased a 28 day course. Did not find it helpful at all. Videos with what seems to be dubbed voice over wasn't great. Did not even watch all of the videos. Mostly common sense tips and stuff you can get online for free. It was not at all clear that I had been signed up for a subscription until I was charged 49.99 (with no pre-warning). This is over double what I paid for the 28 day course. I have queried this charge with them and requested my "subscription" be cancelled. I would hope that this will be resolved swiftly. 26.06.25 Edited to add: this matter was resolved very quickly by Paw Champ and was kindly offered access to modules free of charge. They have also said they are working on updating training videos. I have to say the customer service was exceptional and unexpected. That alone has made me modify my initial score.
