By design set up to steal from you
This company is literally set up to steal from you. First of all, it's a whopping $50/month after the trial is over, and second they intentionally don't send you ANY emails, not one, no tips, support, anything. They don't WANT you to remember them, because then you'll remember to cancel because their app actually sucks. I can't believe they're still in business with this model. It takes advantage of the fact that in this subscription-fatigued world, people will forget to cancel after the trial. Then, they refuse to give a refund, even though they know you didn't use the service because they can see your usage. They're thieves. What would you expect from a company based in Las Vegas?
