Worst Customer Experience, They don't respond on time. Arrogant Leadership. Customer support is non existential.

Money taken, results not seen but that's all in the small print. This is a gamble that borders on a scam, preying upon vulnerable people.

The web site has been under malntenance for a month now if not longer, guess they got tired of me asking about it and told me "well we can just charge your bank 800 and cancel you. still not resolved

I love having the opportunity to benchmark compensation by comparing companies in similar growth stages. That's something that adds a lot of value to our compensation strategy. Love it!

We are very happy with Pave overall. It feels like the way compensation analysis should have always been done, it lets you enter in what you're looking for, filter down, and get results back quickly. So far we haven't had any major issues. My only big ask would be tighter integration with our HRIS so we can see a bigger-picture view of where people are or aren't calibrated to the comp bands that Pave provides.
