Paulina was the best choice, I ever did, when I was having negative thoughts and beliefs about people, and that kept me from making real and meaningful relationships. I was distant and worried, that people might do me wrong and I could see it, it was reflected back to me. She helped me, to change these beliefs, elevate my SC, open my heart AGAIN and that helped me to find the love of my life and improve my work, as well. I had every single one of the guys, I once dated, coming back and asking to date me👌Honestly, I can not thank her enough, for the help. The hypnobreathwork audios, are beyond powerful, some of them are so calming and some others makes me feel IRRESISTIBLE. Even though, now that I am in the relationship of my dreams and every aspect of my life is thriving, I will continue to consult her ❤️

Paulina is an excellent coach! But she is not a fast shiny object coach so if you just want a fast text message from your SP just to be ignored again for weeks, then forget about it! I found Paulina thinking I would just want to manifest my SP but have found myself in a deeper way. I was in a messy situation with a bad self concept... constantly anxious, self-doubting myself and always needed external validation from other men just to feel lovable. When I had my first 1:1 session with Paulina, I felt unworthy and thought I needed to lose weight to be chosen!! (And I am skinny already) Paulina helped me to focus on myself, prioritize myself, build a solid stability within myself so I would not rely on my SPs messages & external movement to feel good about myself. I used to spiral heavily and fall into a deep depression when a man entered my life but my nervous system is now regulated. My mood is not tied to any of my SPs actions anymore. And I am learning day by day how to choose and love myself again, so I dont need anyones attention anymore. This is just 5% of what I have been through on my journey with Paulina!! And yes, SP has changed.... I thought before, he would not have interest in me but indeed he does!! He never cared about me til now asking me too many times, how I am. He also moved to my neighborhood (which was over continents) and is showing genuine interest in me! So if you think, you need a fast shiny object next text message from your SP, forget about Paulina. But if you want the long-term way and the genuine loving relationship with your SP forever AND a loving connection with yourself- then yes, she is the real deal! And nice fun fact also: Her work did also impact my business... not running after clients anymore, no need to re-check with clients or worrying about money. I also found stability in work and clients are flocking in on a daily basis because my nervous system is regulated and my inner stability just gets reflected on my bank account!! This review is coming from someone who is working with her already for over a year and having ALL of her products!!

I have been working with Paulina for a couple of years now. I found her by chance on Spotify and started to listen to her podcast, finding the content very simple and easily explained. Soon Paulina helped me identify my subconscious programs and patterns that would not work in my favour and gave me tools and solutions to change them, helping me step by step with advice and encouragement. I had been suffering with depression, anxiety and panic attacks for over 10 years, with regular psychological therapy sessions. After working with Paulina, first learning to regulate my nervous system with regular breathwork sessions, then removing my subconscious programs with personalised hypnosis techniques, I am now free of all anxiety related issues, quit anxiety pills and antidepressants, lead a serene and proud everyday life, have amazing self awareness and can recognise when the mind is playing tricks on me. People compliment me for my wisdom and positive, calm energy. They look for me in stressful / hectic situations as they rely on my (new) ability to remain calm and feel in control when someone else is panicking and look for my advise. Looking back, I am impressed and proud of my personal growth, for which I am infinitely grateful to Paulina. It was very hard work and I felt like quitting many times but she held my hand through all the process and guided me to where I wanted to be: at peace. I look forward to our next steps together!

I purchased one of her programs with the understanding that I would have lifetime access to all videos and digital products (lifetime access was advertised!). Mind you, I spent more than €400. A couple of months ago I wanted to rewatch some of her videos but she had taken the program down. I contacted her customer service several times but didn't get a response. After 4 weeks of trying to get a hold of someone, I messaged her on Instagram. She finally replied, but very rudely. Without acknowledging anything I had said, she tried to sell me her new program—for another €400. She doesn't care about her customers in the slightest; she just wants your money. Also worth mentioning: Completing her program the first time didn't get me any results. Edit to your response: Not my name. As I said, I reached out a couple of times but at no point was my access restored. I just got a rude answer and a request to purchase the new program. Seems like others got a different treatment. Also no, I was not unsubscribed, but whatever mail you're referring to didn't reach me. And side note, I don't think your other client would like it that you're throwing her name out here. Edit to your new response: Yeah right. I never shared my account information but I guess you're now trying to save face. That's also not even close to the points I criticized. Please do not contact me any further, I don't want to deal with your rudeness anymore. For anyone reading this, I do not recommend purchasing programs from paulinaxenia, but I guess decide on your own if you really want to deal with this.

I purchased Paulina Xenia’s Change your specific person hypnosis program about a year ago. Despite following it exactly as instructed for months, nothing changed. The program makes bold claims, that you can manifest your specific person no matter the circumstance, but in my experience, these promises are completely unrealistic. After reaching out to Paulina for support or even acknowledgment, I received no response. There’s no genuine customer service, no follow-up, and no accountability. Once she gets your money, that’s the end of the communication. The success stories on her website appear heavily curated and sound more like marketing than real, verifiable results. I now believe most of the glowing testimonials are likely cherry picked or from people close to her. If you’re feeling heartbroken or desperate and hoping her hypnosis audios will change another person, please don’t waste your time or money. They won’t. No one can sell you control over someone else’s choices. Hypnosis can change you, but it’s not a guarantee someone will show up no matter how many limiting beliefs you shift. This experience taught me to be more cautious of manifestation gurus and con artists who prey on vulnerable people with grand promises. Spend your energy on healing yourself and finding real support, not on overpriced hypnosis files that deliver nothing.
