I don't need to add anything more to the reviews of this terrible company. My only comment is that the arrogance, over-the-top rudeness, and an incredibly narcissistic staff - I think the "owners" handle customer service - and you have the foundation for blatant fraud.

Same experience as others. Crazy return policy and absolutely Horrendous customer service. Staffed by immature morons.

Absolutely agree with most reviews here. Extremely poor customer service. They refused to help with an order which got stuck in customs in returning vs facilitating despite me offering to pay for shipment etc. Will never ever go back to this company. Also shoes way to expensive for their quality. Sizes are absolutely rediculus what they recommended did not fit. Never experienced such a rediculus customer service. I will strongly advise to stay away from this company. There are many better shoes and way cheaper. I will be happy to Challenge and proof what I wrote here is 100 percent true. Have email correspondence and everything.

Stay away from this company at all costs. Their customer service is foul and deplorable, by far the worst I’ve ever seen. They will take your money up front and you won’t receive your shoes for 6-8 months. It’s basically a scheme for free financing. When you inquire into the order status, they will act rude and indignant. If you request a refund, they will use any excuse possible not to return your money. The owner Evan is pompously arrogant and massively entitled. Finally, the shoes themselves are highly overrated, both in materials and construction. The leather is cheap and not durable over time, the stitching and workmanship are sloppy. Also, the shoes themselves simply aren’t comfortable to wear. This company is dying a slow, painful death because of their abysmal reputation, and it’s no surprise at all. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

The worst company ever We pre-ordered shoes from them with a promised delivery of 3 months. However, despite continuous follow up, the order never arrived. Finally we asked them for refund and after many abusive emails from them, they finally informed us that the amount was returned to us. We never received the money back and decided to involve our banker and requested them to provide us the proof of return. They actually even abused our banker on the email and told us to f***off.

Absolutely worst experience ever. Paul Evans don't actually make the shoes, they just sell them after they're made in Italy so the products are good if you find out your size. Because they won't help you. I was literally told to f*** off, get lost, called a pussy for trying to complain about this member of staff. Turns out it was the CEO or someone posing as the CEO, either way, it was someone clearly trying to overcompensate for something.

Great shoes but fit poorly despite using their sizing guide. Ridiculous business policy requiring you to pay to ship back for an exchange and pay to re-ship the exchange. So if you're lucky enough to get perfectly fitting shoes, great, if not, you're going to pay 3x shipping to get a pair that fits.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I spent over $1000 on products. They sold out of pair of shoes that was included in that order and never notified me. They simply just never sent them and hoped i wouldnt notice. Never got refunded or anything. I had to email them to asking where they were to find out what was going on. The customer service rep- was so sarcastic and rude. Telling me to "take a chill pill" because i was frustrated that it would take days to get an issue resolved since they lack communication with high paying customers. And that i had to pay additional tax and shipping because of an error on THEIR part. that adds up on $400 shoes. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY. YOUR BETTER OFF GOING TO BLOOMINGDALES! ANYWHERE BUT HERE. you'll not only get your product but you'll be treated like royalty. Even if you support a business like this and spent over a grand, you'll be treated like crap.
