This company is terrible my son bought me a mothers ring and the ring started turning she asked me to send pictures so I did and she offered to replace the ring within 5 to 15 days and I never got it and then I’ve emailed them and also called where you can’t leave a voicemail and she has never responded to my emails they lied about replacing the ring. My son tried to contact also no response that’s not how you run a business. All I wanted was a replacement and I’m very upset over this.

1st mother's ring lasted 5 month, then a gem popped out on a door handle. They replaced it (it did not look the same). The 2nd ring lasted 8 months before a gem popped out on anther door handle. I contacted them roughly 3 months ago regarding this and have been ghosted by Paula Max. I do not recommend their jewelry, especially if you can not even open a door while wearing their rings. I wanted to upload a picture but I am not given an option to do so.

The birth stone for January is the wrong color. I reached out through Facebook and email have yet to hear back!!! This was supposed to be a Mother’s Day present. I am extremely dissatisfied with the ring and the costumer service

I already did this. Engraving was so small can't even see it. Ring cheep. Get what you pay for. Not even close to picture. Garranteed picture magnified. B.s.

Purchased the ring for my wife for get birthday. She only wore it onceand it became bent / muss shaped. Tried contacting the company several times to see about a warranty repair but could never get any response. For s company that stands behind their product and warranty they sure have a crazy way for showing it. Poor customer service

The picture looked so clear for advertisement. When I receive my product couldn’t see the engraving nevertheless read it.
