Patriot Gold GroupReviews of patriotgoldgroup.com

I have used Patriot Gold Group several times and they have never disappointed me. Andy and Mike go above and beyond the call! I never had to wait for a response to my questions and concerns. Each time I reached out to either one of these gentlemen, I had a timely result and I was dealt with the utmost respect and professional attitude. I will always use Patriot Gold Group for any of my future precious metal purchases.

I just made my first foray into the precious metal investment field and have done so with Patriot Gold Group.. There is a lot of positive vibes on the Internet about PGG. There product array, I am certain, speaks for itself. Moreover, every customer service representative I've dealt with---whether for a couple of minutes or much longer has been professional, well informed, patient and polite, With this, my representative, Kristen, was awesome in every facet.

Order was placed and filled with no problems. Helpful sales rep and process for self-directed IRA.

I was very nervous about closing my current 401K and transferring it into a metals IRA. But Patriot Gold Group made it not only easy, but explained every step AND followed through 100% to lock in my investment as quickly as possible. I spoke to 2 reps, the first one was so personable he welcomed me to call him, even for prayer! And the IRA rep has been responsive to every email and phone call. I would recommend hands down when dealing with this company.

William was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. All my questions we’re answered and made my process very easy.

Great Experience with Patriot Gold Group. Everyone I dealt was very professional and knowledgeable. They gave me detailed answers to my questions and very patient. Best value!

I am very happy with the interactions I have had with the personnel from Patriot Gold Group. All I have to do is give them a phone call and tell then what I need and they follow up immediatly. If I have a question or am confussed about a certian process, they will explain the process and how to alleviate any problems.

Working with Patriot Gold Group has been such a fantastic experience. I am a repeat customer and from my very first call to them I have been treated like I’m their most important customer. I have worked with two of their competitors in the past and the customer service is unmatched. The personal attention is hands down the best experience I’ve had. The representative makes my transactions easy. He is informative and doesn’t waste my time trying to interest me in items I’m not interested in. When I contact him, I generally have an idea of what I’m looking for and the amount I want to spend. The entire transaction takes from five to ten minutes. Patriot Gold Group is my go to for precious metals.
